By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service on the we1win33 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions in this document, along with all related policies including we1win33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a member and we1win33 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the we1win33 platform and to contact our support team to close your account if one exists.

To register and use the we1win33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Register in your own name and not on behalf of, or as a representative of, any other individual or entity.
• Have never previously been terminated or banned from the we1win33 platform for any reason.
• Not currently subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion period imposed through the programme Responsible Gaming we1win33.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at we1win33 at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information. Details requested include your full name, an active Malaysian mobile number and a password. we1win33 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for identity verification purposes at any time.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your we1win33 account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, unless you have notified we1win33 that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the we1win33 support team immediately via Live Chat for prompt action.
• we1win33 reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected on that account.

All financial transactions on we1win33 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are as follows:

• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for your most recent deposit, unless prior written approval has been granted by the we1win33 finance team.
• we1win33 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. Any fees that may apply are levied solely by the respective payment service providers.
• Withdrawal requests involving large amounts or unusual circumstances may be subject to additional review, which may extend processing times.
• Any deposit that cannot be matched to a valid we1win33 account will be returned to its original source within 3–5 business days.

We1win33 offers a variety of promotions and bonuses to our members. Each promotion has its own specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page, which should be read together with these general terms.

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotional offer as a multiple of the bonus amount — for example, "10x rollover" means a RM 100 bonus requires a total of RM 1,000 in wagers.
• Game Contribution: Slots contribute 100% towards bonus wagering requirements. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute 10%–20%. Sports Betting contributes at the rate specified in the relevant offer.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a stated validity period. Wagering requirements must be met within that period — bonuses that remain unfulfilled will expire and be automatically forfeited.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: By default, members may only activate one bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant offer.
• Bonus Forfeiture: Members may choose to cancel an active bonus, but doing so will result in the full forfeiture of the bonus amount and all winnings generated using bonus funds.

All games offered at we1win33 — including slots, table games, live casino, Sports Betting, and e-sports — are subject to their respective specific rules in addition to the following general rules:

• Game results recorded by the we1win33 server are final. In the event of any discrepancy between what is displayed on your screen and the server record, the server record shall prevail.
• we1win33 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connection disruptions, device failures, or technical issues beyond our control that occur during an active gaming session.
• In the event of a significant technical error during a game session, we1win33 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the member's account.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each table and game are as displayed within the respective game interface. These limits are subject to change at we1win33's discretion.
• For Sports Betting, the betting limits and maximum payout per match are as displayed at the time of placing a bet. Bets exceeding these limits may be declined or partially accepted.

We1win33 has a zero-tolerance policy towards dishonest, unlawful or disruptive behaviour that compromises other users' experience. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on our platform:

• The use of automated software (bots), scripts or algorithms to play games or place bets automatically without human intervention.
• Money laundering — using the we1win33 platform as a vehicle to transfer funds obtained through illegal means.
• Collusion between two or more players to manipulate game outcomes, or any misuse of the bonus system.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs on the we1win33 platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• The use of VPNs or location-spoofing technology to access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Any form of threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour directed at we1win33 customer support staff or other users through any communication channel.

We1win33 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including immediate account freezing, confiscation of all balances and bonus funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities where evidence of illegal activity exists.

We1win33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions or any other we1win33 policy.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Legal requirements, regulatory authority directives, or compliance obligations that necessitate account termination.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member through we1win33's Responsible Gaming programme.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms by the member, we1win33 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including bonus funds and winnings derived from unauthorised bonus use. If termination is for any other reason, valid balances will be returned to the member upon completion of review.

• Any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of their own betting decisions — the choice to play and the amount wagered are entirely at the member's own discretion and responsibility.
• Any losses arising from negligence, errors, or fraud by third parties, including payment service providers.
• Any decision made by a member based on information displayed on the we1win33 platform that was affected by a technical error, provided that the error is corrected within a reasonable time upon detection.

In all circumstances, we1win33's maximum liability to any member in relation to any claim is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
